I created Clean Confidence for women who want a more intentional home, but do not want to turn toxin free living into a full time job. Because I know what it feels like to try to do everything right and still feel confused.
For years, I thought clean meant scented. Candles everywhere. Laundry that smelled like a perfume counter. Air fresheners in every room. I genuinely believed that if something smelled fresh, it must be better.
But instead of feeling better, I started noticing constant headaches, brain fog, low energy, and the feeling that something was off. The hardest part was realizing I was trying to fix the problem with the same habits that were creating it. Once I started learning what actually mattered, everything became easier. Not perfect. Not overwhelming. Just clearer.
That is why I built this space.
My goal is to help you cut through the noise, skip the guesswork, and focus on the few changes that actually make a difference. No shame. No perfectionism. No trying to replace your whole life in one weekend. Just practical, step by step support for making your home feel safer, calmer, and easier to manage.
